Badge app icon for over a year
The app works well overall- especially after they updated their UI. My only major complaint is that I’ve had a badge app icon with a “1” for well over a year. I have gone through every menu and submenu to clear what ever notification/secure message/alert it thinks I have with no success. I’ve even gone to the notification center to simply turn notifications off for that app, but regular app is nowhere to be found- it’s just not in the list with every other app on my phone! Very strange. PLEASE FIX!!
Do I need to change banks?
I have had a problem with this app for about a year. The on line department swears the app is running good and up to date. News flash IOS updated 3 weeks ago and the app has not been updated in 4 months. Apple has even cleared my 8+ and started over to make sure my software was current.
I have to shut down my iPhone and turn back on before it works. I touch my checking and my IRA disappears. I try to touch the menu, in left corner and the screen goes black. I am stuck with the #2 showing on the app before it’s opened. I go to settings, notifications and the montecito app isn’t even listed. Went into branch and the employee just scratched her head and said that is strange. Thanks for the help. The employee on the phone from the online department didn’t even know what the cloud was, more help.
Your app is not current and does not work. Do I need to change banks to one that has a better app. Mr Towbes would be very upset with this service.
Don’t get this app
Was great but no more.
The latest update breaks all kinds of things. Login no longer worked and locked your account out, forcing you to call the bank. Deposits no longer work so what's the point of having mobile banking if you can't even do remote deposits?
