Performance issues every single time I use it, never was I able to finish episodes without it glitching at least twice, poor experience in the sense it glitches and you have to restart whatever you were on, casting, episode, movie whatever you need to restart. Poorer package choices, same rates for mobile and non Mobile subscription yet if you choose mobile you Cairo cast, upgrade then nothing happens and it’s the same cost!! So why the customer inconvenience, if it’s same cost, why the hassle and why the multiple subscription options with same price? Lastly on that, if there is such an option as Shahid Mobile it should not matter to you if I view on mobile or I cast from mobile, the main source is still mobile so it makes no sense to ask me to upgrade if I choose to cast not watch on the device, specially that it’s the same price!!! Finally, don’t offer a “contact us” button if you have no intention of ever responding to it. All you have are some good shows and you offer poor poor poor service for your cost. Value for money - none.
