Update Ruined App Access
The new app update will not recognize me as an existing user. Create account shows blank spaces and will not show what user is typing or what information it is asking for. There are many users unable to access the app and are waiting for this issue to be resolved. Lots of work to be done within the city and residents are unable to report problems without being placed on an eternal hold when calling in. Please fix ASAP!

On the create an account screen all the stuff you need to fill out is blank. It doesn’t tell you what to put where.
Would be 5 stars BUT...
I've been trying to submit request tickets but the available issues to report are a string of random numbers letters and symbols. This app needs some maintenance. As soon as this issue is addressed I will change my rating to a five-star and include a more positive review.
