Eversince they changed the system I have problems logging in. I talked to someone last time and thought that everything was fixed. I changed password and everything logged in and now I’m using the same credentials and I can’t get in. And it’s telling me that 1 of my credentials does not match what you have in store. How is that possible? I remember that last time I filled out the security Q&A so that if there was a problem I could use that to fix the problem. But I don’t see a link in order to accomplish that. So what am I supposed to do? Por fabor dunami e sistema biew bèk!! Hopi Malu y hopi frustrashon!!👎🏼👎🏼

you cannot log out, when using the app on a tablet. we solve it by logging in through the browser on the tablet, only then you have a power off button showed somewhere.
and stop showing the error button, when we logged in succesfully, it is very confusing. oh and please inform people, that in the new system you can make payments through the personal and savings account together, so people know they can destroy their e-pass of their saving account.
It is not easy to use, it is not easy to find where is and how to do something in the app.
The interface and user experience are horrible. I can’t find a receipt after transaction. The app also does not allow log in using Touch ID.
Make sure you are change something, be effective and take care of your customers.
