App not working as it used too
Overall app was just fine as it developed by paki developers. I was hoping to see performance improvements but since last year I only saw layout changes but nothing too much. atm it’s been 3 days the app isn’t working, when I send payment to beneficiaries it takes too much loading and send me back to the home page. 2nd If I ever wanted to send money to mobile accounts, it gives me currency error as it never appeared in PKR. Please fix issues.
Biometric issue
The app keeps on asking me for 4 fingers biometric despite of the fact I went through the process a couple of times. The pop up keeps popping up asking for it. Moreover, I’ve noticed that nearly every week I’ve to register for thumb scan as I believe there is some sort of an update. That is usually not the case in any other banking I use.
Worst app built by the banking system
It’s been a while ever since app stopped working, upon opening the app it won’t show login screen at all except blank white screen with watermark on the bottom.I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting the phone but still nothing is working. Come on if your team can’t fix these minor bugs how we’re going to use app to make transactions, check statements etcetera.
