They are the worst. They turn my card off for Walmart grocery pick-up because their in Alabama… Apple purchases register in CA… they shut my card off. Bought a $500 Xmas gift… my card is turned off… and they don’t tell you. You get a call from a random number and they leave a message…,it’s so embarrassing when my card doesn’t work for a jug of milk and there’s enough money in the account to buy a nice car

First off, I never leave reviews. The frustration of searching the entire app for my credit score only to realize it’s not even available on the app (why???) really set me over the edge. The app is constantly changing designs and their most recent choice to make everything white makes it look like a bad résumé with everything just thrown on there with no rhyme or reason. Would it kill them to add outlines and boxes to make it easier to distinguish different sections/features? (They had it right before and must’ve hired some “minimal” design rat that thinks plain white is the new it) And the worst part of the update is now instead of it all being contained within one app, half of the clickable things lead you to a different app you need to install or a different website. Want your bank statements? Just click this sus link that leads you to a website (hope your using secure internet!!) that’s fidgety. Remember to log out and close the tab or your all your info could be stolen!! Yes that was definitely a great idea on their part. Overall the app functions somewhat ok, as long as you are under the age of 50. For the poor old souls, just ask your grandkids for help figuring it out. MOST IMPORTANTLY why why why can’t I see my credit score? That’s like half the reason for a bank to make an app.

My app sometimes barely loads also depends on my internet network but none the less their app is very glitchy and slow and has had errors for me to sign in and have had to delete and redownload a few times. Also my card has been disabled when ordering online sometimes or other companies think there’s fraud going on when I use their card really weird not often but has happened few times. Also when you go to their drive through expect on most days to be sitting there 10 min just to deposit some cash. So turn your car off don’t waste your gas. I think they are understaffed or something at times.

If I had a complaint it would be that the checking accuracy is at best slow. It takes days to become accurate, so you need to keep track another way. Which is kind of bothersome, because most people want their checking balance up to speed. It’s the account most often used I would guess. Other than that it’s fine.
