    I have played a couple times and I would admit I'm on the winning side of the equation I have probably put in around $75 and I pulled $175 the first time and another $200 plus with Halloween here I hit for another $170 today but played down to $150 so all in all I'm up a couple hundred bucks that's all gravy but redemption can be tricky sometimes you need at least $75 to cash out to your bank or they have gift cards for under $75! I have had a few snags on the verification part but it seems to be better now than it was just have to see if I have any issues ethos redemption and if all goes well I would put it at 5 stars but the app also glitched in the middle of my bonus spins and I feel like that makes you not win as much as you have to reload the game and start the bonus over how you hit $140 in a single spin at $1 and then the bonus interrupted ends up being $36 that just doesn't make sense to me so 3 stars until that gets fixed!!

    I’ve played here for at least a half year now and it is absolutely a fun time. The games are great, and my top ups come with a lot of extra SC. You can play for free, or for real cash. Either way it’s a great time. As for payouts; I’ve never had a problem. There are many ways to cash out such as Skrill or your bank account as ACH or ITB (I cash through PayPal via ITB) they always say I’ll get paid within 5-7 days, but I’ve always gotten it the next business day. The email communication is awesome and I highly recommend this app. I also use crowncoinscasino and never had a problem with them either. The only time you may encounter a problem would be during the KYC process when you first cash out. ( I didn’t, but I’ve heard others have). It’s mainly an issue with your camera (iPhones especially) when you take a picture of your ID. But they work through it with you. The games can be tough to win on sometimes but it’s a slot machine. Casinos don’t make money from winners. But if you are patient, and find the right game, you will eventually find the winning groove. There are no guarantees of a win, but if you do you can be assured that this casino does pay out!

    This app is so awesome. They have live table games which I love. They have roulette, one live slot game, black jack, and some wheel games. Is there risk, absolutely. You’re gambling and statistically you are at a disadvantage. I do see a lot of complaints about ‘skimming’ and there is an ‘opt in’ to participate in additional jackpots, so the user opted in without knowing. Kind of their own fault as it is obvious. The live black jack is almost perfect: they hand shuffle, everything is done with visibility to the players, and they have all of the bonuses I love. One downside; they allow people to play with GC (no money value) versus SC (like real chips you pay 1:1 for) and some of the players either do not understand strategy or just don’t care because they aren’t losing real money. That can sometimes be aggravating. I do feel like they likely lose money-paying customers due to this. They should encourage the dealers to provide guidance to people who clearly don’t know what they are doing. All in all, the live play is just like being at a casino without the drive. Would recommend to anyone who likes to gamble.

  • Horrible customer support

    I won the mcjackpot SC wheel and the website glitched. The menu for the mcjackpot wheel disappeared. I contacted support and they said there was nothing they could do due to me not recording or taking a screenshot of when it said congratulations. I listened to their advice and attempted troubleshooting. Still no luck. Still no resolution from customer support. They pretty much said sorry you’re a liar. I frustrated and played allMy winnings to see if idk maybe everything would glitch back or the wheel would pop back up. Of course that didn’t work. I told customer service if the system is 100% reliable and truly awards all winnings/features why would a screenshot fix the issue. I gave them the exact time, game, date, and amount my SC spin was when the mcjackpot popped up. I asked if they could simply put my SC balance to were it was when I “allegedly” won the mcjackpot spin and they said no. I asked so that’s the resolution here? They said to keep playing to see if I can win the mcjackpot wheel spin again. Are you freaking kidding me? If you’re going to play this game by this developer I highly recommend you video record all your spins. Apparently that’s the only way to prove anything. Anything else you’re a liar.

  • Its a scam lost 2000$ on my redemption

    I have multiple accounts because one of my account is declining while i was adding money to play then I created 2nd one, And now I played from my 2nd account and won 2000$ and also submitted for redemption to my bank account then later i got some private policy and i hit tick mark and submitted without knowing that both accounts logged out and i opened my first account I thought i was redeemed those on my first account I don’t see any pending redemptions and I contacted to customer support they said we don’t see anything in your account and later i realised my 2nd account and try to open it then it said “account is locked”Then i went to customer support and asked why my account locked and they said “Our ToS Section 2.1 states one account per one customer and my account was locked and all redeems and virtual balance will be voided ” I agree with your policy that one customer should have one account unlock my 2nd account if you want i will close my 1st account and maintain 2nd as my primary account and also i was submitted redemption of my 2000$ and they saying you don’t get nothing all money voided it totally unfair for customer satisfactionPlease help me somebody what should i do now

  • Redemption process is the worst in the industry

    Overall the site and slots are honestly pretty good an fun I enjoyed that part, but don’t play on here if you are expecting to win money only spend money. They have the worst redemption process in the whole industry that iv seen so far and it really needs to get fixed. They take way to long to approve redemptions maliciously hoping you cancel and put it all back, they claim that isn’t the intention but if it really wasn’t they could easily make a setting that makes it so after 20 min or a set time you choose for yourself it can no longer be canceled. Also from the 100’s of other people’s reviews iv seen on Reddit they experienced the same as me or much worse being sent down rabbit holes of verification or waiting a whole month for a redemption and from what I saw it’s been going on for years. No matter what I will never play here again I deleted my account but I really hope they fix this issue for future players, I don’t understand why there hasnt been any effort to fix it when it’s a known complaint from everyone for over a year, that’s not how a company should be run or how customers should be treated. I mean cmon atleast match the speed of everyone else.

    It’s not a terrible game, but the payouts are way too small and redemptions take way too long. I play Chumba, Luckyland, and CrownCoins regularly and some of the same slots that are on here and I’ve never spent as much as I have on here on those games without cashing out $1,000 or $2,000. Also, on those games when you request a redemption you can “take a break” for anywhere from 1-7 days, that way you don’t end up canceling your redemption and losing that money. Given that you guys take way longer to process redemptions than any casino app I play, the odds of people canceling their redemption are very high, and 90% of the time you end up losing that money. I contacted support about an issue and it took almost 3 days to hear back! Just another recommendation, especially for a lot of people like me that only spin between $1 to $5 per spin at a time, don’t show your “big winners” scrolling on the home page. When you see people betting $10 to $30 per spin and it shows them as a big winner for only winning $100, that’s a huge turnoff, especially when I’ve won over $1,000 multiple times on Chumba on a single spin of $2.

    So I wanna start by saying that your customer service is horrible. I want more than $5000 through this game and since I started playing through my Facebook application. It is nearly impossible to unlink your Facebook account and like most of us, we did not use our real name on our Facebook account so by the time I wanna cash out you need to verify your information and it doesn’t give you the option to put your legal correct name to be able to verify your information so that being said to be able to play with sweepstake coins you need to play online then you cannot use the application and one day I wake up and I have nothing. I’m down to how that happened. I have no idea. No customer service no response to the multiple emails I sent and nobody needs to help. I invested so much money for this to happen. It’s ridiculous, just thought I’d let you knowWhy don’t you guys give out free coins and points every day on social media like other platforms and the competitions you guys use the same ones on Facebook and Instagram? Why don’t you put different ones so we could be able to win  on either or or on both

    I really did not have any extra money at all. To be perfectly honest I was over my head but I just had this good feeling. First game played lost what little I had bought fast. Tried to play another game but it wouldn’t load. Tried again and again each time something said give it up. But I still tried only the supercharged clover game loaded so I purchased again more than I really needed to. My purchase kept failing but finally went through. Now I ll be able to pay my rent on time, buy a couple things I need for my online business and drive legally as I can get my tag renewed.   • 10 business day redemption

    Avid social casino user, and I want to set proper expectations for the redemption process. I have redeemed successfully once two weeks ago. The process is as such: submit redemption request, wait 5 business days for redemption to be accepted by Loyalty Team, then after acceptance, wait another 5 days for it to hit your account. I tested the redemption again for 500+ on 7/24 and still in phase 1 for request to be accepted. It is now 8/2. So I anticipate it will be accepted over the weekend and I will have to wait the following week to receive redemption. I want to put this here as I was once under the impression that the redemption process was swifter. But knowing the actual timeframe allows me to choose where I want to drop the most money on social casinos for faster returns.
