Have peace of mind every time you ride Metrorail, Metrobus or Metromover with the Miami-Dade Transit Watch app. Designed for use aboard all transit vehicles and at all transit stations, you can contact Transit Watch personnel instantly and anonymously, including sending pictures, whenever suspicious activities or ride quality issues arise. Miami-Dade Transit Watch app users have the ability to either call the Hotline directly or submit a photo and/or text message about a quality of ride issue with the easy to use selection menus.

I reported an incident and nobody got back to me. My report was just closed.
The app hasn't been updated for 2 years which is also a sign that there's no real interest from MDT.
