Can’t fish

I have bought daily passes before. Your app will not let me use portal past the birthdate field. All other fields are gray. This has been since before Father’s Day. After my last bad review, you issued an immediate update, which didn’t work either. The local bait and gun stores gave in to the unmanned Walmart desk, so it seems that fishing licenses have become unattainable. I should bill you my work in repeatedly reporting this matter. I should be issued a complimentary 100-year amnesty pass.

Observation

Not sure about the problems that hindered the enforcement of game laws and rules at the upper sardis WMA for the last 5 plus years. There were deer being harvested that were not legal in antler size and hunters harvesting more than bag limit allowed. The last 5 years around the bagley lake i personally have not witnessed the presence of a game warden. Therefore the dear population took a heavy hit. Also the reserve area that were marked with blue markers was opened to hunting think in 2016 season with no posting on any of checking stations. This opening i believe was a mistake for it helped deplete the deer population. The local hunters were the only people i met that new restricted area was legal to hunt.I personally called the office in Jackson and they said they had no knowledge of this opening and advised me not to enter. I hope to not offend any one but always had great luck in this area for years last year you were lucky if you could find a fresh track crossing the sandy roads.

Update

I left a nasty review due the difficulties trying to just sign into it. After going into REDRAGE because I was afraid after paying tons of money for a fishing to Grenada, I put the phone down and took 5 and checked email which had the license number that I needed to get in. I remember it saying screenshot this page and doing just that, but I guess it was scrolled to the wrong place. Anyway I still think it’s a good looking app with what seems like a lot of good features, but I gotta drive to the city for it to work properly due to us country folk not really being on the top of cellular data priority list.
My suggestion for the app folks would be to not shove a “review our app” in someone’s face until they have had a moment.
