Me-n-Ed’s Pizzeria 4+

I could have been saving so much time! I always try to place order online but they don’t let you do half and half options or buy large ranch. So sometimes I wait on hold anywhere from 5 to even 30 min once. Just to save a buck and get everyone in the family what they want on one pizza. They USED to have it on the website but took it away a few years ago. While on hold the recording told me to check out the app and I thought I’d see if they have both options. And they do! Saved me hours of my life! I placed my entire order and paid while on hold. LOL

Slow, clunky UI. Every time you interact with ANYTHING you get stuck with a loading screen “connecting to store”. No option to edit quantity of items in your cart. Want to order 5 pizzas with 10 sides of ranch and jalapeños? Have fun going through the menu and adding each one individually and get hit with the previously mentioned loading screen between each one. Ready to checkout? Get ready to get sent back to the Home Screen and restart your order. Accidentally add items to your cart with the wrong store selected? Get ready to redo your entire order after you change the location. Want to apply a “deal”? Get ready for it to give you countless errors about how you haven’t met the conditions of the deal despite not even giving you a chance to select the required items. Absolute joke of an app.

I have met first year students who can develop more competent apps than this.

The Ed’s Dough issue appears to have been resolved. Thank you! Now there’s still the issue of the “store offline” bug. At least with the workaround, the app is pretty much functioning well. Also, please consider adding Apple Pay or PayPal.

Whenever I go to redeem Ed’s Dough, it says “applied” but does not apply. And every now and then it will say “store offline”. You have to delete and reinstall the app for some reason.
