With premium, you will be able to select more macro choices in addition to our popular standard keto, targeted keto and even the low carb macronutrient plans. In addition, Meal ID automatically tracks and graphs weight, body fat, lean body mass (LBM), and basal metabolic rate (BMR). How Meal ID works:
We use the Katch-McArdle Equation to determine your BMR. BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is roughly the number of calories you burn lying in bed.

Second, we estimate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. TDEE is the recommended number of calories needed to maintain weight.

Once calculations are completed, a meal plan is then generated based on the macronutrient ratio or the body type that was chosen.

MEAL ID PREMIUM PRICING AND TERMS
Meal ID is free to download and use. Should you choose to upgrade to premium, we offer 3 auto-renewing subscription options – quarterly plan at USD 19.99, 6 months plan at USD 29.99, and the yearly plan at USD $47.99. Once subscribed, billing will continue unless canceled.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices are fixed, and there will be no increases when renewals.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal can be managed by going to subscriptions in settings after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of the period will be forfeited.

Wow

I downloaded this app by accident was looking for Mealime or Loseit. Your video inspired me to download the app and decided to give it a try because how easy it was to manuever throught the app. All I can say is I signed up for the 6 month plan and I'm glad I downloaded it. I have also introduced this app to my coworkers and family members and now we are challenging ourselves to live a better healthier life. Thank you!

Meal ID Rocks!

I am grateful for this app. I have been battling hypertension and cholesterol issues for almost 12 years now and my doctor gave me an ultimatum. Eat healthier and lose weight or start planning my first stroke. 90 days later I lost almost 37 pounds! Meal ID helped me bring my hypertension under control and in a few weeks I have a doctors appointment for discussing when I can come off my meds.

I dig it

I was able to hit Ketosis within 7 days of starting the keto plan that's pretty quick. Besides that the Keto plan could be slightly better but I'm not complaining and I know I am hard to please. So you guys did an awesome job with the Keto plan option.
