Custom labels for custom plans. Awesome!
Before the free version of this app was recommended, I wouldn’t have guessed a dedicated Meal Reminder would be so useful or effective.
But, I’ve been trying to eat healthier, not just more regularly, and my custom labels now include small and subtle reminders to have a “breakfast smoothie”, a “veggie lunch”, “protein break” or “nutty snack” and the like scattered throughout the week.
I’m also tweaking a couple of special purpose plans, i.e. a leaner plan, a vitamin plan and a higher energy plan. Custom reminder labels are the key.
By adding customizable labels and swappable plans they’ve made the Premium upgrade a ‘no brainer’. It’s perfect for my use case.
And, kudos to the devs for being uncommonly polite and responsive to comments and suggestions!

Keeps me on track
This app is simple in nature but keeps me on track to eat timely and proper. I have already lost a few pounds by eating on a consistent basis and my energy levels don’t fluctuate as much and prevents me from binge eating like I use to
