Scam!

I Tried to order food through this app but nothing was working. Wouldn’t let me create an account and when I tried to place an order as a guest, it just kept saying processing. So I gave up and ordered takeout at another location. Then I got a voicemail from the person behind this app stating my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I called the number back immediately but was forced to leave a voicemail. I then called the restaurant but the owner said I had to cancel through the app. I finally got someone on the line from the app and he stated he had to call the restaurant to cancel my order and he would call me back. He then called me back and said he couldn’t refund the money because the order was already made. Sorry for the long post but this is very frustrating. The app is run by a scam artist and he only works with restaurants who are willing to go along with these scams. Sounds like 2 greedy people trying to push the blame on each the other person for a mere $28. Not sure how companies like this can hang around. Do not order from this app!

Horrible in multiple ways!

It took over 30 minutes on the site to order. We had to refresh the page multiple times. An hour after placing the order we got a call to inform us that the there was no one available to deliver our food. (This was after we had already paid for delivery). We drove to the restaurant to pick it up and they had never been notified of our order. So over an hour and a half after placing our order we were back to square one, however at this point we had to wait at the restaurant for them to start to cook our meal. The prices on mealHi5 we’re also 30% more than they were in the restaurant. I have yet to get my money back, in fact we had to pay twice for the food (once online and once in person).

Terrible service

Tried ordering food in the app. After 2 hours the food had not yet arrived and the app doesn’t give you real time tracking or means of contacting the driver, so I called the restaurant. The driver reportedly picked up the food but then returned it to the restaurant because they “were not able to reach us,” although I never received a phone call and I supplied the correct phone number. I then tried to use the app’s customer service to get another driver, but their phone line didn’t answer and there is no way to log into the app if you ordered as a guest. Luckily one of the restaurant workers was able to drop off the meal themselves. I try to not give my money to the food delivery oligopoly, but this service is terrible. Avoid!!
