Meatheads Rewards 4+

This app works well if you are ordering via the app. If you are ordering in store, it’s virtually useless. You can no longer scan to earn rewards and pay at the same time. Scanning for rewards and paying are now two separate acts, which is more difficult and time consuming. I also tried to redeem a reward. I scanned the app and I selected the reward on tablet screen. It then says to show the screen to the cashier (I guess so they can apply the reward?). Not only was the reward NOT applied to my bill, but I didn’t get any rewards points for my order either. The whole process is ridiculous compared to what it used to be.

The old app allowed you to add money to your account from gift cards, but the new app doesn’t seem to have that feature. The new app doesn’t even let you use a gift card at checkout. There is no way of knowing a gift card’s balance without using it in a store.

They made some improvements overall. The app works well. No issues ordering, paying, receiving the food. Would be nice to have a nicer UI that just isn’t a list of words. Little drab.

With the amount of extras you can put on a burger, it’s always nice to have a “favorites “ section. Also the app is NOT “Lifestyle” it’s “Food”. It would make the app easier to find in the App Library on the phone.
