Great game but one downside

This game is great the animations and the gameplay , however I really wish you didn’t lock stages at certain levels .causing the game to slow down to a snail phase unless I spend money to speed things up to get my level up . Summon odds are amazing . I just wish there was more to do for active players who actually like to be logged in while watching videos.

Banned me For getting a Refund

I requested a refund and Apple approved. I felt they scammed me on one of my purchases. I logged into the game and they banned me. Game was fun but poorly ran and very shady. I almost never request refunds for games but I felt they misled me in what I was actually getting in the purchase. Well I guess there is your proof about what kind of game this is. They don’t care about customer experience only the money.

I’ll add when I tried to reach out to them about the ban the game won’t let you contact them through the in game chat anymore since the ban happens before you can load it. I tired to email them from the email address given off the website Apple has listed and I get an error message to sender so it never delivers. It’s very suspicious and I’m shocked Apple will allow an app like this to be on its platform. I don’t see anywhere that this game was given permission from Bandai to use the names and likeness of Gundam.

Edit 2 for response to developer. So they admit they will ban you for getting refunds. I never said I got a random charge I said I got scammed on one of my purchases. I bought a $10 item and I thought I would be getting a gundam but instead I got one piece of one. The icon for the gundam did not have a 1 on the bottom right corner showing it would be one like everything else in the game. That’s why I requested a refund. Still no response why the website and email address to their “customer service” does not work.

It’s an ok game

I’ve been playing this game for a few weeks. Once you get to a certain part of the story progress stops until you reach a certain level and this continues every 5-10 levels which is annoying. In addition to that there are so many menus to navigate through it sometimes feels like a daily chore. Every 13 seconds it feels like there’s a pop up ad asking me for money. You can progress without paying but the amount w times it asks for money is irritating. Also many of the images they use are not gundams or even mobile suits,the holiday challenge mission screen has a picture of Evangels AC from Armored Core Nexus. Combined with the fact that you can’t control how your teams attack and the number of grammar and spelling issues makes this an ‘ok’ game in my opinion. If you’re looking for a Gundam Breaker 4 style experience this isn’t the game for you. If you’re looking for a Battle Assault or Hundam Dynasty Warriors style game this isn’t for you either.
