The MobiMed Client Portal is a mobile app like no other in the industry. It was designed for the healthcare professional on the go. From your mobile device you can view and interact with your mobile medical orders with ease. The simple layout allows you to navigate from your Order List to Order Details instantly. While most client portals only allow you to view your orders, MobiMed allows you to interact with your orders. Here are a few actions you can do right from your mobile device:
* View all past, current and future orders at a glance
* View the scheduled date and time of your service
* View if your order is Received, Completed, or if Results are available
* Modify or delete your orders, such as change date of service, cancel order, indicate specimen is ready for pickup, and more (no need for lengthy phone calls)
* View the real-time status of your order from a “step-by-step” visual - even see if your technician is in-route!
* Receive notifications and alerts if your order status changes, including newly available Results
* View, Print, or Fax your order Results
* Login securely ensuring your information remains HIPAA compliant
