MediBear Life is a private medication and vitals tracking app that keeps all your health data securely on your device.
Track medications, blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, heart rate, SpO2, and symptoms in one simple app without creating an account or uploading data to the cloud. There is no tracking, no analytics, and no external data storage. Everything stays encrypted on your phone.
MediBear helps you stay consistent with your medications by scheduling reminders, recording doses, and showing adherence trends over time. You can manage multiple medications and build routines that actually stick.
Log vital measurements in seconds and see clear charts that make trends easy to understand. Track blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and custom vitals you define yourself.

MediBear Life is designed with privacy first. All health data is stored locally using encrypted storage. No account is required, no cloud sync is used, and no health data is tracked or sold. Optional Face ID or Touch ID protection keeps your information private.
MediBear Life requires an active subscription to use the app. New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial before the first payment is charged. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
