الأجندة الصحية للمسن :
هي مرجع صحي لمتابعة حالة المسن صحياً، حيث يتم تدوين القياسات الحيوية اليومية والمواعيد الطبية، و بعض الأعراض الصحية التي قد يشتكي منها أو تظهر بشكل مفاجئ ومواصفاتها، ليتمكن الطبيب المعالج من التشخيص الدقيق للحالة و إعطاء العلاج اللازم لها.  
*كما تحتوي على بعض المعلومات الصحية الهامة التي يجب على المسن و أسرته الإلمام بها لنضمن للمسن حياة أمنة و سليمة.

Health Calendar for the Elderly:
It is a health log and reference to monitor the health of senior citizens, recording parameters such as daily biometric data, medical appointments, and any symptoms that patients may exhibit or that may arise suddenly. The objective is to enable the physician to accurately diagnose the patient’s problem and administer the adequate treatment.
* The Calendar also contains important health-related information that senior citizens and their families should be familiar with to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the elderly.
