Customer Service is Phenomenal

The Pharmacists are wonderful! They’ll go out of their way to help you find an Rx at a great price.
Their prices are the best. I don’t need free gas or reward points like some drug stores offer with higher prices.

No Functionality or Privacy

This app doesn’t really do anything, just like their new website. No matter what I do, the app (and website) won’t show all my medications. There’s no way to tell when you last had a prescription refilled, or how many refills are left on a particular Rx. It doesn’t notify you when your refills are ready for pickup. It doesn’t show any of your order history. It doesn’t even ask me to sign in when I open the app, so if anyone gets hold of my phone, they can open this and see (some of) the medications I take. I’m considering switching to a pharmacy that has a functioning app or website because it’s really frustrating being in the dark about my own medications.

Refill dates

It’d be nice to be notified when it’s time for a refill. Or show when it was last refilled
