It might be easier to search, but you still can’t book an appointment through the app, it gets stuck on patient page and leaves you hanging.. about as long as you “hang” on hold when you call to book an appointment on the main hotline, that handles the entire UAE- while you listen them tell you to use “my Mediclinic app” to book your appointment repeatedly!

I like the app. Very much and it gives much more info. Compared to other healthcare providers apps. They ne thing though, I miss the DARK MODE option. Pls try to accommodate DARK MODE next update. Thanks

The previous iteration of this app would work all the way until one tried to enter date of birth, which was impossible.This iteration hangs right in the beginning upon trying to verify one’s phone number - so I guess it’s an improvement since it wastes less of one’s time.
