I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Izaskun Mohave Esteve on this app. She ignored my medical concerns and dismissed me in a disrespectful way even going so far to call me the “worst patient ever” I came to this platform seeking care and left feeling dismissed and belittled. She kept being rude and short redirecting me to her closest medical guess, in as little as three messages, rather than taking more time with questions. I hope Mediquo takes this seriously and reviews this providers conduct as this is not the kind of care any patient deserves
