New updates, new problems
Every time there is an update it fixes a problem and causes another. There still have yet to be google maps support.
Great product, I have only one problem with it
This program logs out at midnight even when I am still on a trip. If I log back in the trips and pull in for the day before is no longer available. This problem prevents me from completing the trip odometer reading at client drop off and prevents me from doing a pull in when I stop for the night or arrive home. I have to complete those trips with paper logs. Log out should take place only after I completed my pull in.
Please Improve!
Two issues I’m having as a new user:
1. Not having access to signature option- if the first passenger isn’t ready and I go to get a nearby second passenger, I can’t get to the signature page until I either A. Get dispatch to reorder the calls, or B. Wait until I go back and get the first pick up -it’s a hassle to try and go “out of order” -this adds unnecessary steps aka wasted time
2. The ‘call customer’ option links to the pick-up number, which are medical facilities for all return trips -the option should link to the home number, not the pickup number -again, wasted time as I copy the number and open my keypad to paste the number before calling
These two things being fixed would greatly improve my user experience!
