Meditasjonene er delt inn i ulike emner som egenverdi, aksept, fellesskap, glede, sorg, selvsnakk mm. Velg det fokusområdet som passer best for deg og marker dine favoritter slik at du raskt kan finne tilbake til dem.
De meditative historiene vil gi deg fordelene ved meditasjon som bla bedre hukommelse, reduksjon av stress og bekymringer, redusert risiko for hjerte og karsykdommer. I tillegg vil tematikken gi deg mulighet til å søke inn i deg selv og vekke nye refleksjoner.
