Ratings and Reviews
Best Meditation App I’ve Found
I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for an app before but this app has helped me with my anxiety so much. I took a meditation class in college and really missed the peace I got from guided meditations, but this app has fulfilled that desperately needed relief.
Perhaps what I love most about this app is the fact that it is a free resource and feels more genuine and productive than other expensive guided meditation services. It seems like the people who built this app just wanted to share a resource with people who needed it.
My only critique about the app is that I wish they had a paid option to remove banner ads, because they can be a little distracting. Compared to other apps that shove ads in your face every second, advertising on this app is much more tolerable. That’s just a pet peeve of mine.
Learning to Live with Illness
This app has helped me immensely in the past year of difficult diagnoses and the stress of adapting to a new lifestyle with chronic illness. I’ve used these medidations over and over, whether in bed or on the bus, they’ve brought me serenity in a time of anxiety.
I don’t think I could’ve gotten as much from another medidation app, because my unique situation felt so isolating, that hearing specific audio for Medical Setting or Difficult News made me feel less alone. Thank you for making this app.
Get the app for convenience and listen to the podcast too!
Mary in her podcast Meditation Oasis has really gotten me started and helped focus me in my meditation practice. The topics are so applicable to life and the pace and guidance really just right to ground me and draw out what is calling for some LTC at the same time. Awareness and inner wisdom is activated. With this, I am now actually practicing and not just thinking I should if that makes sense!
