Wonderful Tool
I use this app regularly. It’s a great way to track your meditation progress over time in order to chart your success in your reflective practice.
I enjoy the simple and beautiful interface. And I love the wonderful quotes that appear when your meditation time is completed. They are perfect for post-meditation reflection and motivation.
One of the best features of this app is the ability for users to create and store preset meditation timings. For users like myself who have a repertoire of multiple types of meditation that call for different durations, this makes using the app easier and more convenient.
I would love to see the following improvements:
1. The ability for users to order their preset meditations any way they wish.
2. A timer that starts after a preset ends and lasts until the DONE button is clicked and which adds the additional time to your total for each individual meditation session.
3. I haven’t been able to successfully add music to my presets. It would be great if this feature were fixed.
All in all, this has been the best free meditation app I’ve tried. I am thankful to the developers for creating it and sharing it with the world.
Great tracking app
I really like this app, it's simple, intuitive, and has many useful features like the ability to create presets so that you can have different meditation situations pre programmed. Whether that be the meditation duration, the sounds used to start and stop said meditation, or choosing whether or not you want any in-app music to play. I love that it logs your sessions. I do however miss the option to include any extra time you may have spent in meditation after the final bell. That used to be a feature but seems to have gone away. On my phone at least.
Easy and convenient 👍
I find this app the easiest and most convenient of all the meditation apps I’ve tried last several years.. I’m using this since 2021 and it’s an important part of my daily routine for overall wellbeing! It’s very helpful and I would highly recommend it for all age groups ..👍 Thank you. 😊
