Finally a new version with enhanced features to simplify your day-to-day work in Medusa!

Uses APIs in your local Medusa installation to help with field work. Medusa Mobile supports four major areas in Medusa; Equipment, Tickets, Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance.

Medusa Mobile utilizes your smart phones abilities to scan bar codes, get directions to suppliers, contacts and other organizations and of course email and call contacts.

Please be aware that Medusa version 6.62 or newer is needed to run Medusa Mobile. Tickets are only enabled for Medusa installations with Help Desk. Medusa v7.0 is required for new functionality such as language integration, activity registration on work orders, last seen automatic update etc.

We are working hard to continually implement more functionality, so keep an eye out for new versions!

What’s New

Version 2.0.0

Revamped user interface. Support for custom phrases and labels directly edited in Medusa Web. Ability to register and view activities on work orders. Tickets and work orders are now sorted by change date, meaning what you last touched is shown first in the list. Last seen is updated automatically in Medusa if you scan an equipments barcode. Comments can be viewed and added to tickets. Project information can now be viewed on tickets and work orders. Side swipe when viewing search results (swipe to the next ticket, WO etc when displaying one in a selected list). Plus a ton of bug fixes and optimizations!
