Medworks app issue
Really my only issue with the medworks pharmacy app, is that nearly every time I log onto it to submit prescription refills, it does not show the patients. It acts like I have to put the patient back in again. After logging in and out several times the patient names will finally show. This is very annoying.
Leaves a lot to be desired….
I am highly disappointed with the overall functionality of this app. For as much as I love the pharmacy and the staff, I was expecting more from the app. It constantly “loses” my patients and forces me to close out and reopen the app multiple times to populate them. Overall, I just expected more from the app given that the pharmacy itself is so well managed and thorough!
