The app is very basic however the reminders do not work and the confirmation emailing is just as lame... I'm searching for a new application
A Good Beginning
This is a good beginning for the app as I am in the middle of planning a conference and this is a valuable asset for me to work with. A couple of suggestions.
In some of the selections, the first letter typed is capitalized and other areas it is not, ie setting up the meeting information. I would prefer a preference switch that would allow me to have a selection that for title type of blocks of information, every time I hit the space bar, the next character would be capitalized.
In the date selection, when selection of the time of meeting is required, since my meeting is a telephone conference with people around the country involving difference time zones, I would like the time input to require a zone input so that attendees who are in different zones will know how that relates to their zone if a message, i.e., reminder, is sent to them based on time field input I have made.
In the attendees field, instead of having to go to my address book and select each individual names to input, if in my address book, I have those names already formed under a group, allow me to just pick the group with the software recognizing that by that type of selection, I want all the individual' in the group added.
On the main page the word remainder is misspelled. It should be reminder. Reminder, the correct spelling, appears when you tap into the selection. A question regarding the reminder selection; is that a reminder to me or to the attendees or both and with what type of message; the one typed in comments, etc?
Back ground colors, allow me to select the background colors for the various input areas. Finally, I was using the light version, and did not see any way to upgrade to the full version?
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
