Great curriculum for learning Chinese in America!!
I am a China-born American parent who really wants my two American born sons to learn Chinese when they are young and their brain still flexible enough to learn a foreign language quickly, especially Chinese and to learn Chinese culture along the way. We have learned 5 years from a local, excellent and very strict Chinese teacher. After me business-traveling for two weeks and not doing homework with my kids together for that local class, they cannot catch up with that class any more.
I am SO glad to have found Meizhou Chinese website, after talking with the founder, and got this app. It’s curriculum humorous, thoughtful, rigorous, designed to integrate Chinese culture and Western culture together into the curriculum. It is rigorous and shoots for enabling the kids to do AP Chinese and such. All at the same time, it is trying to be engaging and fun with animated story videos, interactive reading, recording, flash card, etc. I love this app and the curriculum VERY much.

What is more is that the creator of this app and curriculum is clearly not profit-driven. The app with all the first 7 books are completely free. The text books are only $15 each. Before, I paid for my child’s Chinese class $350 a kid. So, this is a steal for top notch Chinese language learning! Thanks so much for supporting Chinese language learning!!
Stopped working
This was a great companion app for my daughter and helped her practice speaking while listening to proper pronunciation. However we were only able to use it the first day. The second day the app had problems loading and we could no longer sign in. Please fix this.
