More than a Health/Fitness APP
My journey with Mel has been an ongoing one. It started what seems like so many years ago as a client face to face in Mels Metamorphosis studio. I came to Mel at my unhealthiest with a million food allergies and zero energy to even get out of bed. She pushed me out of my comfort zone with box jumps (or steps at first) and so so many lunges. With her encouragement and support I slowly started to feel healthier. But life has a way of taking you in different directions and mine led me away from being a face to face client. Over the years we kept in touch and Mel would always ask where I was at in my health journey. I wasn’t in the best place for a lot of it and downplayed a lot of it because I was ashamed to have backslid so much. Truly the love and compassion for her clients is what makes the Melfit army a family. I would remember her encouragement and kindness so when an opportunity for me to rejoin forces with Mel I knew I had to seize it. The Melfit family was just as I remembered kind and patient and above all encouraging of each others journey. Melfit is more than just a fitness or nutrition APP. 12 Week Bootcamp Success
After having my second baby I had 20 stubborn pounds to lose and I knew I needed some help. I’m so glad I found the MelFit 12 Week Bootcamp. It is exactly what this busy Momma needed. Coach Mel makes it sooo easy....and delicious! She did all the work and all I had to do was follow the steps laid out for me. She even helped modify the program to my specific needs (nursing Mom). In the 12 weeks I lost 21 lbs and over 13 inches. Not only did my body transform but I gained new found energy, clearer skin, and foundational principles for leading a healthful life. Not a fad diet, this is a lifestyle
I found MelFit after seeing a friends results posted on Facebook. I just really needed help trying to figure out what I was supposed to be eating in order to lose weight. So I joined the 12 week Boot Camp. Mel makes it very clear as to what you’re buying for groceries every week as well as recipes with videos on how to make the food that you eat every week for the full 12 weeks. Some of the meals I Loved! Some, not so much. I had good weeks and bad weeks, had ups and downs with my weight, but I had to just keep moving forward. Having a weekly check in with Mel helped me to continue to follow the program instead of completely giving up like I would normally do. I have completed the 12 week boot camp but I am still continuing her program to get to my goal weight.
