Clear Mind, Elongated Body, Can’t Lose

I started using the Melissa Wood Health app during the 2020 pandemic and y’all - it was and continues to be a game changer. Melissa has such a calming voice and her flows and workouts open up your body unlike anything I have ever done. As a former soccer player, I’ve always preferred HIIT workouts - if I wasn’t dripping with sweat and at the point of exhaustion, I didn’t think I was working out. Melissa has reset the way I look at my body and my workouts.

My muscles have been elongated through her flows - both elongated in tone and elongated in flexibility. I’ve learned a lot about how I don’t need to pound my joints to get a good workout. Movements and pulses actually make me more sore in the right ways - in the “wow, I got a great workout and I feel stronger” and “whoa I didn’t know my body could do that” kind of way. My mental clarity has improved from the challenging workouts and fantastic insights Melissa shares.

If you’re thinking of downloading this app, I encourage you to at least give it a week. I think you will be amazed. I’ve never been flexible or into barre or pilates workouts, but when I use this app, it is easily one of my favorite parts of my day. PS- there is no better way to jumpstart your day than by starting it with MWH.

You are missing out uf you don’t subsribe!!

When I discovered Melissa through social media I instatnly was drawn to her because of her soothing voice and just her overall approach about being gentle and listening to your body. I usually never write reviews, and don’t think I have ever written one before but I really wanted to take the time to tell everyone who is hesitant to GET IT!!! You have so many workouts and mini power series and the workouts are good just by themslves or in addition to any other workout you are doing to lenghten your lines. I even got my mom and friends hooked. However, the most important thing is that by doing her workouts you create a wonderful relationship with your body, and you really start to listen what it is signaling to you. I can’t even explain it. If I don’t do Melissa’s workouts every morning I feel anxious because I know what I am missing out on, and that even just 10 min of doing her workouts change my whole day. I swear. And I am a person who was a gym freak and was so self critical to my body and harsh and judgemental to my body and the food that I ate. I still am, but Melissa is changing that. Melissa, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this app. EVERYONE GET IT!!!

There is no other work out or movement like this in the world

I came across Melissa’s Pilates and yoga flows earlier this year and I have to say thank God I did because it kept me in shape during the whole shut down especially living in New York City and it also helped me become more disciplined, stay committed in my fitness journey with the way she has her workouts laid out - it’s. short consistent and very very effective! Also appreciate the fact that it’s very affordable for all of us to download her app and pretty much use it anywhere at any time - for the first time my arms look defined and my abs I can see them - my legs are long and lean and I’m only 5’2 so I’m super grateful for her methods. I recently became diagnosed with the virus and I have to say that her workouts while I couldn’t do it every day I was able to commit at least three times a week and felt good about myself without losing breath and without becoming more tired and they just really really speak to your body and your soul whether you’re going through life moments or a sickness or whatever it may be I’m very happy that that’s part of my lifestyle 💕
