MemberMe+ is a very easy to use and convenient app. I no longer need to make a phone call to book a class, just a few taps and I’m booked! I can even sync my classes to my personal calendar. It’s also great having access to my member card from the app so all I need to bring is my phone when checking into my class.

I would like to give an overall feedback on the Instructor, the mobile app and equipment... My instructor Lauren Benincasa is the BEST! She is so helpful and always available to assist me with my workout and fitness goals... I also like and enjoy the equipment. The variety is helpful to accomplish all your fitness goals. The mobile app is very user friendly

This app is a user front end for managing the web based EZ Facility which our gym has just started using. It looks promising but for now it can’t even do simple tasks such as syncing calendar appointments consistently- it’s hit or miss. I will say the developer seems interested in getting to the bottom of it and has been reasonably responsive with emails. Also, there may be some EZ Facility administrator configuring (switches and toggles) that our local gym needs to get right, hard to tell from my seat as a customer?

This app is terrible. Wont let you add membership cards on multiple devices. Example my phone and my wife’s phone. We can’t have our kids cards on both of our phones. Then we tried deleting the card and it won’t even delete the card. It shows deleted then you open it again and it is back in the system like you never deleted. Terrible and no common sense when making this app!

As someone who is always on the go this app makes it super convenient for me to choose what class I can make it to at the gym. Also pretty great that I can submit feedback to my gym anonymously when they run out of towels....again.

When I try to book classes I often get an "unspecified error message". I've contacted them several times about this problem and the only thing they can say is that this might happen during busy times. I miss getting into classes or have to call to sign up instead. The app is supposed to provide convenience but often it provides frustration. Wish they could fix this problem.
