Pairing a mobile device with your Memo Bank account makes verifying your identity and approving sensitive financial operations simple and secure. You will not be able to access your online account without downloading the app.

Important: this application is designed solely for the purpose of securing your account and associated transactions. If you would like to check your balance using a mobile device, simply access our mobile-responsive website from your device’s browser.

To pair your iPhone or iPad with your Memo Bank account, download the app and scan the QR code that appears on your computer screen when you connect to your account. Once the app has been installed and linked to your Memo Bank account, that’s it. There is nothing else to do on your part. You will automatically receive a notification each time you need to authorize any of the following:

- Logging into your Memo Bank account;
- Changing of your password;
- Inviting a new user;
- Sending a wire transfer;
- Adding a beneficiary;
- Adding a direct debit mandate.

To reinforce your iPhone or iPad’s security, you can add Touch ID or Face ID authentication.

- Our payment cards are here. Yes, it’s been a long road but the wait is finally over. And there’s no need to carry a code generator around in order to use them. With Memo Bank, your mobile acts as a second authentication device when you create or edit a payment card. It’s both secure AND simple.
- Since your Memo Bank payment cards work both inside and outside the Eurozone, we’ve added support for foreign currencies. Did you know that some foreign currencies only work with integers (no decimal), like Japan’s Yen? Were you aware that Tunisia’s Dinar used three decimals, instead of two? Well now you do and so does your Memo Bank app, which means that the layout of your transactions record won’t break if you make a payment in a foreign currency.


- A not so long time ago, when you reinstalled our app, a welcome screen would invite you to go through the pairing of your phone and your Memo Bank user account once again. The thing is: that welcome screen would show up not just once, but every time you opened the app, which could prevent you from accessing our login screen. Now, our welcome message is only displayed once to leave room for our login screen.
