USE in CONJUNCTION with CLEANMYMACX

I keep Memory Diag in my menu and note the free RAM. When it gets low I open CleanMyMacX and go to the “Maintenance” tool to select FREE UP RAM. I note that CleanMyMacX really bumps up my free RAM far more than Memory Diag. An example from a few minutes ago. Memory Diag use ↑ my RAM to almost 2 GB. Then CleanMyMacX greatly enhanced this with the free RAM going to 11 GB. I have 32GB of RAM in my iMac. It would be great if either Memory Diag or CleanMyMacX automatically kicked in (as Memory Diag does to some extent) to free up this amount of RAM. If anyone knows of such an app, please share that information. Apple has become derelict in not upgrading all computers with a heck of a lot more RAM for intense users of the computer.

This APP is absolusutly a LifeSafer!

i have a 10 year old macbook and before getting the app my Mac would constantly pinwheel for minutes at a time. It was very fasturating and irritating. Many times my impatients won the battle and i just gave up on the projects i was working on.
i was extremely relieved when i encountered the app in a tech mag and i immediatly went to the appstore and downloaded it. INSTANTLY i saw improvements in stablility and a drastic imporvment in speed. Apps ran smoother, faster and loaded more quickly. The live task monitor is such a valuable tool in keeping an eye on your total system memory load.
I was just about to scrap this ol’ MacBook but after this app, i can easily manage even some of the heaviest apps out there (Ableton, Garageband, Office..etc)

Only one complaint so far...

I grabbed this app when I suspected that another little app had a memory-inefficient process, making it hog up all the free RAM despite being so simple. Sure enough, I could actually SEE how the app took up more and more memory - and how it’s self-cleaning was lacking - by watching the memory chart. I also tried the memory cleaning, and it seems to work well. =) Overall, this app seems straightforward and easy-to-use, while still having a good amount of options.

The one complaint has less to do with the function of the app itself, and more to do with the rating-request screen. I’m not entirely sure when it’s designed to show up, but I know that it DID show up when I told the computer to shut down: it ended up showing on a black screen, with this weird, unexpected smile, as I was sitting in the dark. It seemed like it was slowing the shutdown process, too.

It. Was. FREAKY. O_O

So… Yeah, if the devs read this, I request that they avoid having that window show as the computer’s shutting down. ^_^; Other than that, it seems to be great. =)
