BASELINES
Baselines provided by mEMR ensure you have a clear picture of your overall health, and make it more efficient for doctors and providers to easily recognize abnormalities in their patient’s health.
MULTI USER MANAGEMENT
The multi-user feature allows caretakers, such as parent-child scenarios, to generate comprehensive timelines of health for the people they care for. It allows them to be in charge of their evolving medical charts and facilitates shareability.
INSURANCE CARDS
Always have your current insurance information ready and available in the app; whether it’s one card or multiple insurance providers.
SHARE AND REQUEST
Shareability is baked into mEMR, allowing users to easily send medical information to a doctor, and providers to request information from their patients. In addition, if you choose to share your patient profile with a physician indefinitely, they will get real time updates of the changes you make to your evolving mEMR chart. Impressive
Really love the entire interface of the app. Very easy to use, very clean. Upon downloading it takes you automatically throughout the entire app to explain what each feature is useful for. I think that’s a wonderful way to get ahead so you don’t have to learn on your own. There is a real problem with us as patients having our medical records in one place being that over the years we’ve had several providers. It’s important for us to have everything in one place so it’s accessible really at Any given point. I’m looking forward to using it even more and getting a chance to look back at my history.
This app is changing the face of medicine
As a physician I can honestly say this app is a game changer. We finally have a way to streamline all your medical history in one place so when you get sick you just go in, get treated, and go. No more waiting on faxes, searching your email for previous providers, logging in to a million different charts to find a lab result, and less chance for medical errors with medication or allergy lists.
Plus this is a simple way to share your health information with loved ones. Incredibly easy to use. Clear, consise, and fast. Brilliant app!
Great App now I can carrying my medical records in my hand
Wow thank you for who ever created this App and when I went to Iran my doctors there could access all my record and it made it so easier as they didn’t had to order all the test which I already had got done in America… Great app
