Mensura is an alcohol and well-being tracker with intuitive and easy-to-use functionality. We built this application to promote healthy habits and allow you to track it. Meeting friends, going on a romantic date, or enjoying a festive family dinner — many social occasions are often associated with alcohol. A glass of wine or a pint of beer can help you relax and enjoy the moment. At the same time, being mindful of how much you drink — both during an evening and over longer periods — plays an important role in how you feel day to day. Mensura helps you record and track your alcohol consumption in a clear and convenient way. You can set a yearly goal in liters of pure alcohol, see how your consumption is distributed across weeks and months, and monitor overall trends over time. The app provides detailed statistics, including consumed volumes, consumption history, and clear summaries for selected periods. This allows you to plan alcohol-free weeks or months, keep your overall consumption within desired limits, and maintain your well-being in a form that feels right for you. Mensura does not require registration or an internet connection. All data is stored locally on your device and is never shared with third parties. The app is designed with privacy in mind, so you do not have to worry about sensitive information being accessed by external services. By default, the app includes the most common types of alcoholic beverages: beer, wine, sparkling wine, spirits, port wine, and cider. For each beverage, a typical alcohol strength is used to calculate the amount of pure alcohol consumed. You can also add your own drinks to better match your personal habits.
