fitnowork ,

great concept, poor execution

I took the $5 risk here because I have a couple spreadsheets I have to update during the day and didn’t always want to have excel or a browser sitting open. It connected OK with OneDrive, but terribly with Dropbox. It was really hard to get to existing files instead of just making new ones - especially for Dropbox. It literally would only let me make new files there. I was willing to transfer stuff over to OneDrive which I use for work, but this morning when I opened up those spreadsheets, I couldn’t type into or modify either one.

Additionally, I couldn’t copy and paste from an excel window into this app, either through keyboard or menu options. It actually told me that copy and paste weren’t supported by my “browser” and to use the keyboard shortcuts, which also did not work.

One final thing, Menu Tab would not adjust its window size to where it was located on the screen. The window comes out from the menu bar button as seen in the images above, but if the menu bar button is too far to the right, Menu Tab extends the window past the border of the screen, leaving parts of the display and several important buttons invisible. This is only fixed by altering the location of the menutab button far enough left.

Overall, 2 stars for great concept but pretty much failing at all the relevant parts. I hope it can be fixed.
