Works ok, could do a lot more with a simple change
I need it to keep track of multiple time zones I work with on a daily basis. The database of cities/countries is very limited, but I can get around that by selecting by timezone. The one change that would really make my day is to enter custom labels for my timezones, so that I can label one “Israel”, another one “Penang”, etc.
Doesn't stay in Menu
I like that it can provide clocks for several different world locations, but every time I restart I have to restart the program -- even though I have "restart at Login" checked.
In frustration I've now tried to use Apple's system control users panel to have it start automatically at login. But when I tried that this program didn't appear in the list and wouldn't appear even when I navigated to the Applications folder.
Not sure how I did it, but I eventually navigated around and was able to add it. So maybe now it will start and login -- but haven't restarted yet. My point is that all this is way more than a user should have to deal with for such a simple thing.
Great and cheap way to get multipule clocks displayed on menu bar. Every other app I found requires you to click a drop down. Allowes you 5 extra clocks and your mac clock (6 in total) allows 24 hour time, seconds, and you to change the name of the clock (some I use a city, others a time zone, and GMT I call Zulu) One hack I found was if you hit the space bar after the name you are able to spread them accross the whole bar and they are easier to read. Very clean and simple design. Worth the 99 cents
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
