I love being able to actually see the merch items while I’m managing inventory and making transactions. The more organized you are, the more likely you are to actually sell your merch. Also the customer assistance is unreal - I received help within hours of sending an email and the issue was resolved within 24 hours - a MUST when touring on the road.
