Merge Manor x The Smurf Collab 4+

Love it..but..

I’ve played this game for 3 years now, pretty much every day. It started out basically being a Merge Mansion clone but has evolved into it’s own game. My favorite part of this game is the flower game and collecting the special flowers. There is 1 particular thing that bugs me to no end tho and that’s that you can’t pop the bubbles you don’t want and just turn them over for coins. I’ve seen others that mentioned this and I don’t know why the devs haven’t addressed this issue but it’s seriously annoying. Especially when you have other event pop ups on the board (currently it’s the snowflakes) and those are constantly taking up space as well. Dear Devs, we’ve already forgiven you for the big mess up that made us lose all of our friends on our lists forcing us to restart that whole system, so could you PLEASE just make it so we can pop the darn bubbles already??? I think 3 years of people complaining about it yet still sticking with you as the game has grown is enough time for us to wait… Until then 4/5 stars.

I love this game… but there are a few downsides

I enjoy playing Sunny House it helps with stress and anxiety, however one thing that’s really frustrating is when the extra bubbles pop on the board. I played another game like this in which the bubble popped but not on the board to where it took up space; just floated around like a bubble until time was up or wanted to use gems for it. Secondly the hard to reach items which make completing an area 10x harder. Even when I play with every 100 energy or more moment I find it still takes weeks to achieve the goal. Other than that I love this game and would def. Recommend it! As we know, no one is perfect and the developers are doing what they can! Keep up the great work! (I also love the seasonal pass aka Halloween event that just happened)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

BEWARE!!! There are a few places in the app that are designed to accidentally make you click a spot and spend a lot of gems. I sneezed while holding my phone and hit one of those spots completely by accident. Per customer service you can request a rollback to before that point, which I did after waiting a day for them to contact me. Over the next 4 days we went back and forth because the rollback they claimed to have done did not work and they insisted it was because I was using the app while they did it. Now, I don’t know what country customer service is in but they usually answer in the middle of the night so I was not on the app. After the first time they told me that I actually stayed off the app for days and still they insist every time they “try” I must be on it. Clearly they are not rolling back the app so after 5 days of lost gameplay I gave up and will no longer spend $$$ on this app or watch ads to support it because I will not support such horrible customer service. They will not just give me my 80 gems back, which would have been worth it to them with the $$$ I’ve spent playing a free game for me to spend more $$$ in the future. I would quit it entirely but I am almost done so I will finish all the areas then stop playing.
