This could be a great game, however I can’t open any of the chest or get any other free items because the videos won’t load

I tried to purchase an extra island for 2.99 and got a notice that it failed. Then I get a error message that says login failed

Not full screen
So far I can enjoy the game but for some reason it’s only showing half the screen and it’s kind of inconvenient to play is there a way to fix it?
