Capture your artwork and sculptures in 3D, create 3D replicas of local artifacts and family heirlooms, and make digital copies of objects around you. View your 3D scans in augmented reality on the Merge Cube, or place a virtual replica back into the real world. Share your creations with your teacher, classmates and friends around the world.

Merge Scanner seamlessly integrates into Merge EDU, where you can add labels and descriptions to highlight important features of your 3D scan, and create collections to view in Object Viewer.

Merge Scanner is an innovative tool that transforms real-world objects into virtual 3D models with remarkable ease. Ideal for students and educators. The integration with augmented reality allows users to share/view their creations on the Merge Cube. You can even organize your creations into collections.

Doesn’t work

The thing doesn’t work, but despite the educational apps, I’d probably say this

Amazing #ARVRinEDU resource

I love this scanner, especially since it’s providing some amazing scans. I especially love the direct connection to the Object Viewer app.
