Having trouble

I’m having trouble making my avi cause it wants me to take a picture of myself but it ends up glitching or go to a screen to start loading for something

Very buggy. Doesn’t work

I click Create Avatar. Then it says you failed to take your picture correctly. But it says this before you even take a picture and before it even ask you to take a picture and when you finally did take a picture, it says the picture was not taken correctly matter how many times I redo it it says the picture is not taken correctly.

But I have to upload my face in the camera there and then I can’t change it. Therefore this game is bad… also there are not many options
