This is my 1st time using a Forex platform, and MT5 just runs so smooth. I love the fact that you can set Stop Losses and Take Profit Targets, that was a huge plus for me. Other then that it’s pretty simple. I’ve actually been trading in Demo for a couple of months now, so that’s a huge plus as well for beginners, letting you get some practice in and find a strategy that works with you. Also it helps familiarize yourself with the charts and how the whole Forex market works. There is a few things that bother me but not enough to switch to another platform. 1. I’ve been struggling to find a broker to use especially as a beginner. I wish MT5 could recommend one maybe or somehow help with finding one that suits your capabilities.2. If you set a bunch of buys/sells the system seems to freeze up sometimes. I don’t know if that’s normal on the demo side but I could see how it would be a HUGE problem if you had a lot of money down and couldn’t get out or buy in on a trade.3. I’m not sure if they provide all the markets I’ve tried to find some like some futures and stuff like that but no luck. Even some that are provided on the app are just there to look at I guess but it cant be traded. Other then that. I really like it, and I’ll be using it for a while.

Recent updates killed the simplicity of this app. Placing buy and sell limit orders used to be fast and easy. Now the menu for orders covers the chart, has a ton of info you don’t need just absolutely clutters the screen. Right now since the recent update I haven’t been able to place any orders at all I can only buy and sell instantly for some reason. I have to contact my broker to switch to TV for a while because I can’t even trade on MT5 until this is fixed. The orders were so easy, you hit the order button and a red or blue line shows up, drag your TP, your SL, hit place order and boom. Then to modify just tap the line drag to modify and all that is ruined by a whole menu now covering the entire chart when your trying to scalp and decisions need to be made second by second but I can’t if I can’t see my candle sticks? Why go so hard on a menu for mobile when there isn’t enough space? Mobile should be simple and easy. Wow just feel like you guys potentially ruined platform.

MetaTrader 5 is a very good trading application, but I would like to share a few suggestions that could improve the mobile trading experience.1. Copying drawing objects on charts When a rectangle is copied on a chart, the duplicate is created exactly on top of the original object and does not automatically move to a different position. It would be much more convenient if the copied object appeared slightly offset or could be moved immediately after copying, making it easier to work with chart analysis.2. Timeframe selector placement On the mobile version, the timeframe selection button is positioned very close to the Sell button. There have been several occasions where I intended to change the timeframe but accidentally tapped Sell instead, resulting in an unintended trade. I understand that mobile devices have limited screen space, but a different layout or an additional confirmation option could help prevent these mistakes.3. Maximum lot size protection (Most Important Suggestion) My most important suggestion is to add a risk-control feature in the mobile app settings that allows traders to set a maximum lot size limit.For example, if I set my maximum lot size to 0.05 lots in the settings, the app should prevent me from opening a trade larger than 0.05 lots directly from the chart. To increase the limit, I would first need to manually change the setting.This feature could help traders avoid accidental oversizing of positions during fast market conditions and provide an additional layer of risk management.Thank you for considering these suggestions.
