Description
Divided into two sections Method Hockey has a full service gym to train athletes of all sports and as a workout facility for all people. Providing small group, 1-1 personal training, or open gym to work out how you like. Method Hockey features Max Out training machines that increase performance by focusing on eccentric weight exercises.
The gym also includes heart rate monitoring using Fitmetrix to track your points and rewards in the gym.
The gym includes a running track, free weights, treadmills, bikes, fitness equipment, squat racks and more including Max Out machines.
The Hockey portion of our gym consists of 2 rapid shot shooting machines, 3 rapid hands, a skating lab and treadmill, a synthetic hockey rink as well as many opportunities to go out on the ice. The hockey part of our business allows customers to come in and use equipment on their own to improve their skills, or to work with a coach in a group or private setting. Many Hockey Clinics and Classes are offered as well.

Ratings and Reviews
Way too invasive
For some reason the app needs to know EVERYTHING about you. Your address, phone number, emergency contact, how you found out about them etc. Not only that, this app isn’t worth having simply because of the lack of effort or the lack of programming knowledge. For example I can make my birthday 1/1/9999 if I please or I can have my phone number be 111-111-1111111 or even set make my address 69 fakeaddress ln and the app simply takes this information. But if this is just what you’re looking for know that the app is so slowwwwwwwwww.
