Exactly what is needed for actors!
Stage fright isn’t the only problem actors have (although this app has a meditation to help with both pre-performance and pre-audition!). Actors also have to deal with injuries (this app has a meditation specifically made to help) and insomnia (yup!) and many more. My personal favorite? The meditation with the name, “Calm the F Down.” :-) I highly recommend this meditation app for any professional actor (or high school, college, or community theatre actor!)
Awesome app that helps focus
These meditations really help ground me in my practice. It’s got sections that directly talk to me in my journey, like post-audition meditations and ones for eating or even not getting booked. It also combines the best of other meditation apps I have used in its visual appeal, motions, and sounds. The narrators’ voices are so calming, too!
Joyous app
I found a lot of helpful content for my journey, including building inspiration to do the work and dealing with the difficult parts of the business, like not getting the job. The meditations are easy to follow, clear and soothing. I am enjoying it a lot!
