New Player

I am a new player in the game. About a week or so now. I Truly do enjoy your slots, events and whatnot’s in the game like quests, etc.., Otherwise I wouldn’t have downloaded it. I am getting to maneuver myself through the casinos okay. But not good enough yet. Leveling up pretty fast. I give it a three star for now only because I still have difficulty moving around the casinos and it doesn’t really give a person direction to I’ll ell. Unless I am missing that part somewhere. I’m sure as I play more and more often, and I get used to the casinos, and understand the game a lot more my rating review will go up, as I am having fun playing and love it when there are other players around too!

Bonus games glitch after big wins and developers ignore requests for help

Update: I removed my original complaint about not getting my bonus game chips. I never got em even though you finally did respond just to tell me you gave them to me…. I have much more to say….

Giving me $1000 chips doesn’t fix any issue.. But fool that I am, I continued to spend and play… well now I’m done spending to play. One would think that someone who spends money almost daily, wouldn’t end up losing all even on low bets…. But fool I am no more. I’m kind of getting over how much time is wasted on the smoke and mirrors. When playing a game, it’s annoying to consistently have my game play stop for up to 10 seconds just to be told I am getting a bonus spot. It’s fun at first but it’s annoying after a while. On some games, time is of the essence and having to stop for what could have been 5-10 spins, can make you lose. When you don’t win, you wasted a ton of chips on nothing. Your pay outs are out of balance as well… drop the annoying smoke and mirrors after a certain game level so people who are loyal spenders don’t get bogged down by extras… I will no longer be spending money in order to play your game, however.
