Where do I start? I tried to order lunch for Wednesday at MGM National Harbircsbd it was a big fail. First I tried to order off their Bellagio Patisserie. I went to regular menu and there were two choices - Savory and Sweets. I clicked on Savory and nothing, nada appeared.
I then went to Support to report the deficiency. When I got to the part for my explanation it displayed only the first line, preventing you from seeing what you wrote. But that wasn’t the only problem. Once you begin filling out your explanation the remainder of the page in inaccessible. That’s right, you can’t go below the explanation field. So you can’t submit the problem(s).
This app appears to have been rushed into production. Why? It appears the system’s people responsible for testing this app didn’t fully test it. It looks like they bypassed standard validation testing, testing to ensure the app operated as expected. The Support issue should have been caught. I wonder if they thought their app was really good because they didn’t get support tickets. Well folks if your Support Ticket routine won’t let you submit one, sure it’s going to look great.
I’m a Platinum level member and this was a lesson in frustration - I expect better from MGM Systems.
