Mobile App is no long fully functioning with Apple’s recent update. Users can only view one job or work order at a time and then they have to close the app and reopen the app to view a second job/work order. This must be repeated for every subsequent job/work order one is trying to view!! A user cannot go from one job to the next during the same login period as it will show the same job information as the FIRST job the user viewed when they first opened the app, regardless of what job/work order the user attempted to open.
This is extremely frustrating and time consuming.
Anxiously awaiting a resolution!
This is the first time our organization has experienced a “glitch” like this with mHelpDesk, so overall, we are still very satisfied with the service.

Compatibility iOS 14

Please update compatibility for iOS 14. Can only view 1 work order before having to completely close out the app, then re-open to see what I need to see. Swiping to my next day in the schedule and clicking a work order will show the same exact ticket every single time, until you close out the app and re-open. This is a very big annoyance! Can only use the iPad as of right now which for me is not handy because your app doesn’t support landscape view! Please fix as soon as possible! And if your reading this I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max FYI. Stay on 13.x.x firmware mHelpDesk users. Or you’ll be sorry, because now I can’t even roll back to any version of 13 whatsoever

No notes and have to constantly refresh

Some good features, but after using this for 6 months the problems are very frustrating. The customer can view the work orders, but when the contractor puts a note on, the customer cannot see it. One of the most important reasons for this website is to communicate with our customers. And this app makes it more difficult. We have reached out to developer and they say the only way the customer can see notes is if you email them. Then why have the notes section? You developed the app, and we pay good money for the service. Why can’t you reprogram for our use? And the other frustrating thing is you have to constantly refresh your screen after every single action. Closed work orders pop up and you can go into a different work order than what you selected. The cursor also disappears when you select a text box. And you don’t always notice it when you’ve already typed the entire note.
