MHI application working as two different applications,
Manager can create geofences and allocate employees to the appropriate geofence. Employees are registered from the admin panel, managers application providing user name and password to the employees.
For employees can login to the application using their credentials. Using the application employees can punch in and punch out. Punch in and punch out are classified into two,
1. Automatic pinch in/ punch out
2. Manual punch in / pinch out
All these punch in and punch out are set to the user from the admin panel. MHI application uses the background location tracking for this automatic punch in / punch out. Employees who is allocated as automatic punch in / punch out application check the location in background and when the employee enter or exit his allocated geofence application automatically mark his/ her attendance. For manual punch in / punch out when the employee reaches his/ her geofence employees can login the application and click the punch in/ punch out from the menu, then take the selfie and mark the punch in / punch out, at this time also application check employees geofence
